Mine’d is a mental health platform that resonates with users on a personal level. It serves as a vital connection point for people at various stages of their relationships, offering expert emotional wellness advice.

Meeting the project’s requirements, Arounda embraced the challenge of adopting a holistic approach to mental health product design, encompassing every stage of UX and UI. Since Mine’d is an existing platform, our team’s other hurdles involved identifying new feature integration opportunities and creating an application for Experts.

Our goal was to build a comprehensive UX strategy for two distinct user roles: Consumers and Experts. The Arounda team also aimed to create user flow, app flow, and wireframes for both user segments, ultimately transitioning to the UI healthcare design stage.

Catering to Consumers and Experts: Our Design Process for Mine’d

Our main task was to update the existing mobile app’s UX and UI wellness design while adding extra features to enhance this product. Arounda experts also had to cover two Mine’d applications catering to Consumers and Experts.

Process

The product`s design began with discovery and user experience research. This led to the creation of mood boards, UI concepts, and, ultimately, a well-thought-out UX/UI design for the unified platform.

Comprehensive UX

Arounda played a pivotal role in helping Mine’d by focusing on a UX-driven approach. It allowed us to reevaluate the product from a new perspective, identify crucial new features, and seamlessly translate them into a design. Through the collaborative efforts of design and wellness development, we successfully refreshed the app, enhancing existing solutions and incorporating modern behavioral patterns.

Mobile Versions for Experts

Arounda conducted separate competitor research and came up with user and application flows for Experts app version. Yet, we went beyond that by delivering a holistic mobile experience from scratch, equipping wellness professionals with specialized tools for effective relationship guidance.

Mobile Version for Consumers

We followed an extensive process involving competitor research, UX strategy development, and the creation of user flow, app flow, and wireframes for this particular user segment. Based on the existing Mine’d application, our team delivered a seamless mobile experience tailored to the unique needs of Consumers.

Styleguide

Understanding the significance of visual appeal, we refreshed the overall Mine’d design. Our team carefully considered user preferences, Consumers and Experts, and the latest trends to create a visual style that resonates with the audience.
