Most projects begin within 3–5 business days once we clarify the scope, expectations, and requirements. But if your team needs to move urgently, we can reallocate resources and start earlier after an alignment call.

You don’t need a full brief, but the following information helps us give precise guidance:

• Main information about your project.
  
• What triggered the project. For example: low conversion, internal inefficiencies, UX debt, fundraising needs, outdated UI, or development bottlenecks.
  
• Your current state. Figma files, product links, screenshots, user flows, a backlog, or even informal notes help us understand what already exists and what must be replaced or preserved.
  
• Your constraints. Timelines, internal team availability, compliance requirements, etc.
  
• Your expected outcome.
  

But if you don’t have time for this, the main information about your project will be enough to start. We clarify everything else during the first call.
