Do you provide freelancers or have an in-house team?
We work only with our in-house team. No freelancers! This helps us maintain consistent quality and complete accountability on every project.
Can I interview a designer and see their portfolio?
Of course! We’re fully transparent about who will be working on your project. You can review portfolios, CVs, or have a quick interview with our designer to be sure the skills and experience match your expectations. We want you to feel confident about your project’s team.
How do your hire and interview designers for your team?
Every designer we hire has strong experience in product and UX/UI design and good communication skills in English. After passing a multi-stage interview, new designers go through our 3-month internal training program. They learn Arounda’s design systems, communication standards, and quality benchmarks. Only after completing this program do they start working on live client projects.
How do you keep the communication during the project?
Clear, transparent communication is a core part of our process.
- You’ll have a dedicated project manager and direct access to our brand designers through Slack or email.
- Weekly check-ins or short sync calls to share updates, get your feedback, and discuss next steps.
- Communication in Slack and Figma, so you can ask questions and see progress in real time.
- Centralized Figma workspace, where all brand assets, logo concepts, color palettes, and guidelines live in one place, so nothing gets lost.
This setup helps you stay entirely in the loop without being overloaded.

How quickly can your team start?
Most projects begin within 3–5 business days once we clarify the scope, expectations, and requirements. But if your team needs to move urgently, we can reallocate resources and start earlier after an alignment call.
What information should I prepare before contacting you?
You don’t need a full brief, but the following information helps us give precise guidance:
- Main information about your project.
- What triggered the project. For example: low conversion, internal inefficiencies, UX debt, fundraising needs, outdated UI, or development bottlenecks.
- Your current state. Figma files, product links, screenshots, user flows, a backlog, or even informal notes help us understand what already exists and what must be replaced or preserved.
- Your constraints. Timelines, internal team availability, compliance requirements, etc.
- Your expected outcome.
But if you don’t have time for this, the main information about your project will be enough to start. We clarify everything else during the first call.
How do you estimate project cost and timelines?
We base estimates on a structured breakdown of work. After reviewing your materials and goals, we map the project into concrete deliverables: features, screens, states, integrations, and development tasks.
To keep estimates accurate, we also consider:
- Complexity and constraints: legacy architecture, design, or redesign of dense workflows, multi-role permission systems, or compliance requirements.
- Team composition: design, development, engineering, PM, QA, and how many specialists we need to meet your timeline.
- Dependencies on your side (internal approvals, access, or data availability).
You receive a transparent estimate with delivery stages, so you know exactly how we formed the timeline and cost, and what influences it.
