GuestWise is an AI SaaS platform for hospitality and restaurant brands that need effective marketing solutions. The company helps teams increase revenue, enhance guest experiences, and run data-driven campaigns with automation, intelligent audience insights, and real-time optimization.




Guestwise came with a website that was text-heavy and didn’t reflect the clarity or value of their marketing platform. Our task was to redesign the experience for simple, accessible, and engaging interactions. We also needed to create an intuitive interface for complex marketing automation features.
We created an intuitive and conversion-focused marketing platform. A new insights section visualizes key performance data through an easy-to-read chart. Simplified flows and a clearer structure now present Guestwise more effectively and help hospitality teams increase engagement and conversions.

Our client received high-fidelity wireframes with a structure that matches user expectations with Guestwise's business goals. We evolved content ideas into defined sections and data-driven components with charts and highlights to support stronger engagement. This approach helped organize complex information into digestible blocks and improved information flow and user comprehension.

Competitor analysis showed dense layouts, heavy content blocks, and mixed visual styles that make their value hard to grasp. That’s why our team focused on simplicity, airiness, and structure. The moodboard defined a modern visual direction with whitespace, light backgrounds, subtle gradients, and hero contrasts that improve readability and strengthen the brand.


This B2B website design reflects values of efficiency, insight, and hospitality. We built structured pages with modern layouts, interactive sections, and modular illustrations. Dynamic visuals and data-driven animations guide users through the platform’s capabilities and help them understand complex features quickly.
