Do I need to manage or stay involved in the referred projects?
No. Once you refer a project, our Arounda team takes full responsibility for communication, delivery, and client management. Our project team handles everything: discovery, research, design, and handoff. You don’t need to coordinate tasks, join meetings, or oversee progress unless you choose to stay informed.Your role ends at the referral stage. We manage operations, deadlines, and quality standards when you earn commissions without extra workload or hidden obligations.
How fast can we launch the partnership or pilot project?
We can start collaboration within a few days after our initial call. The process is simple and transparent:
- Intro call. We discuss expertise, ideal client types, and preferred collaboration model (White Label or Co-Branded).
- Alignment. We synchronize processes, tone of voice, SLAs, and lead attribution.
- Pilot stage. We begin with a small project or a referred lead to test the workflow and communication.
