HRWorkCycles is a digital HR platform that manages the full employee lifecycle. The team partnered with Arounda to design a unified product experience and brand system that replaces fragmented HR tools with a clear, people-first platform.

Challenges & Solutions

Problem

HRWorkCycles maintained three HR products, each with its own website and inconsistent visual designs that damaged brand awareness. The task was to merge branding and UI/UX design into a single unified system, yet retain each product's unique role and value.

Solution

We created a unified brand system with shared colors, typography, and logo logic across all products. Flexible layouts and distinct pattern shapes allowed each product to express its role, but stay visually connected within one ecosystem.

The logo design phase required the most effort and decision-making because it defined the visual logic for the entire system. We tested every sketch and iteration with the client, knowing this shape would set the rules for all future branding and product UI decisions.

We explored fractal and lattice-based geometries to illustrate how HRWorkCycles connects multiple repeating HR processes into one structured system. Each sketch tested whether a single geometric rule could scale across products and if the logo builds a logical system foundation.

Logo design

The final logo system has a single shared geometric framework. Each product uses the same basic shape, color logic, and proportions, but modifies composition and emphasis to suit its intended use. Users can easily recognize the relationship between products. The logos scale across interfaces, documentation, and sales materials, yet preserve visual coherence.

Brand guidelines

Brand guidelines involve logo usage, color hierarchy, typography, spacing, and user interface rules. These principles assist internal teams and partners in applying the brand consistently across product UI, marketing assets, and future modules.

Wireframing

The wireframes mapped user flows directly to corporate goals.  Our UI/UX designers focused on faster onboarding and clear employee management. Role-based access, guided validation, and simple navigation helped eliminate errors, shorten the hiring process time, and lower HR support and administrative costs.
