UI/UX Design
MVP

Ohrbit is an online learning platform for Jewish study, ethics, and traditions. They approached us to unify the design of web, mobile, and admin interfaces, creating a consistent experience across all platforms. We included accessible UI, personalized paths, quizzes, progress tracking, and smart tips.

The old product was hard to follow and had low engagement. The courses lacked structure, progress indications, and a study rhythm. Our team had to ensure that the web, mobile, and admin UX performed well for all users while maintaining a spiritual tone.
To bring structure and rhythm to learning, Arounda designers unified web, mobile, and admin with shared components and color logic. We added topic-based navigation, the Daily Learning feed, and clear progress tracking, plus a cleaner admin dashboard.

Wireframes show how learners will access courses, move through lessons, and track learning progress. We mapped user journeys, discussed them with the client, and then moved into the UI/UX design phase.

The moodboard explored how colour and form can affect learner focus. Muted purples and light neutrals help reduce cognitive load, while soft depth and spacing help guide attention through the app, encouraging users to linger on study content, instead of speeding through content.

The web interface was designed for long, focused sessions. Soft contrast, structured layouts, and clear progress indicators reduce fatigue, while cards and dashboards guide users through lessons at a steady pace.

Users build real learning habits through short daily sessions in the mobile app. We understood this and crafted the experience around easy entry, clear navigation, and comfortable tapping areas. Lightweight screens, quick media playback, adaptive cards, and spacing keep users interested and coming back every day.

Our team built the admin panel to support real day-to-day work. Clear structure, flexible filters, bulk actions, and modular content blocks help educators manage lessons, track progress, and adjust study paths without friction or unnecessary steps.

Daily learning activity - The combination of a daily learning feed, streak prompts, and progress tracking made studying an easy part of users' routine.
Faster lesson completion - Students were able to complete lessons more quickly thanks to an organized curriculum, focused screens, and improved audio/video playback.
Returning users - Consistent web-to-mobile user experience plus “Continue Journey” encouragement made learners more likely to return.
Admin workload - A unified admin dashboard and reusable components simplified user and content management and cut back repetitive manual work.
