About the project

• The client

  Gradwork is a recruitment platform that helps graduates find employment at the world’s fastest-growing tech companies. They offer personalized career coaching, mentorship, and job-search resources, bridging the gap between grads and employers.

• Challenge

  Our main challenge was to meet the needs of four user categories: students, partners, mentors, and admins. We had to create a platform that would provide easy access to job search features, mentor matching, and event registration. Our experts also had to deliver an interface for partners (HRM specialists) to connect them with potential employees.

• Our solution

  In this human resource product work example, we aimed to deliver a user-friendly platform for job search and career development. To achieve this, our team suggested separating the Gradwork’s numerous functions and thoughtfully fitting them into the navigation. For example, we split the Learning page into different tabs: Academy, Courses, and Insights. As a result, users can easily explore various options. We applied this approach to each page to simplify the navigation.
