How do you build and maintain a high-performance design and engineering team?

We carefully select our employees and invest heavily in talent. My approach is to gather designers, product strategists, and engineers who understand technology and the business context. Each team member undergoes a rigorous hiring and onboarding process, ongoing mentorship, and specialized training in design systems, product development, and delivery standards.
